I’m visiting from Vancouver and stopped in last Thursday to pick up an eye solution for my dog. I received exceptional customer service from Arden, who took the time to carefully review the product ingredients with me and even offered treats to help make the experience more positive for my dog while administering the drops.
Due to an extended stay, I returned again today to purchase dog food, and once again the experience was outstanding. Jade and the team were incredibly helpful from the moment we walked in. Staff have always been very friendly and helpful and I get to pet kittens whenever I like!
They always have the food that I’m looking for and this store has a great inventory lots of parking and supply.

Adopted this bearded dragon hatchling 8 weeks ago from petsmart, and he has been thriving in his new habitat ever since. Staff are both friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.
