“March 2023 our furnace packed it in and because we were desperate we got one quote from a competitor of KB Heating Plumbing & Air Conditioning. Although we were satisfied with the job which included a new furnace, air conditioner and hot water tank, I believe we were overcharged. We then wanted to replace our electrostatic furnace air cleaner with a media filter and were quoted around $1000.00 from that same company. We give the go-ahead but just before they were to arrive, we were informed it would cost another $700.00! We called KB and James came in measured and explained what they would do including a large section of the cold air return sheet metal. This also included a new cabinet and a 5 inch MERV 11 filter. The quote was $708.75 including taxes!! What a wonderful, wonderful job they did. The tech was an absolute sheet medal wizard and the whole job was done in 3 hours. We are so happy and satisfied with KB and they now have any future business of ours. Thank you KB Heating & Air Conditioning Ltd. You have restored our faith in this type of business again!“
