Jacquie, Dave and especially Russ are fantastic to deal with. There staff are amazing and their prices are very fair and the installation is always a bit nerve racking but I can tell you we have cats and a large dog and Russ was so friendly and courteous with my animals that it allowed us all to feel very comfortable during the whole installation period. We're gonna be nice and frosty all summer now and nice and warm in the winter at a fraction of what some of the other guys were quoting us for what I feel was a lesser value product.
