Thank you so much for saving the day and installing our new water heater. Not only did you go above and beyond and supply us with a temporary water heater when the vendor dropped the ball in fulfilling warranty in a reasonable amount of time but you were also friendly and knowledgeable to deal with. Always prompt and efficient, providing updates and answers and good advice to prevent further problems. They also did some trouble shooting over the phone to ensure it was their service I needed, and not something else
I am not one to write reviews so this is rare but it is rare to find companies that do what they say anymore. Big thank you to Tegan who was quick on quoting and promised prompt delivery and followed thru. Brian who was professional in every manner and delivered what was promised!
