I had my hot water tank go out. Neudorf plumbing was so quick to respond and sent out a personable and knowledgeable young man right away. The lady who took my call was fantastic as well. Highly recommend

The customer service was impeccable from Linda at the front desk to Matt the plumber at my door! Matt went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the job . He even came back on personal time to finish the job. He even went as far to get my boy lunch when he knew I would be stuck at work. Can't say enough over all a great experience !

Excellent is all I can say. Have been using these guys for years now. I trust these guys 100 percent no trying to up sell you on something you don't need. Just had them out to my son's home we are doing reno on. There was a few things on the list that had to be fixed We thought a toilet was buggered and they took new one with them turns out there was just some things in the bottom that needed to be removed and toilet works fine. They couldn't just put the new toilet on and said ya the old one was no good That is why I use Neudorf TRUST . So a big thanks to Rick, Ayrton and James for all the great service and fair pricing over the years
