My young daughter had an incident involving a volleyball net and an ear piercing, which resulted in her piercing getting pulled into her ear. Before going to the hospital, we called Xu, and he came in one his days off to retrieve it. He was professional and calm with a worked up little girl, and was able to pull it back through her ear with a minimum of discomfort and incredible professionalism. On top of all of it, we left with no charge, and an incredible experience (plus a sucker and juice box)
Will absolutely be seeing him and Bee in the future for any piercing needs our family has. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

I’ve had multiple piercings done by Bee now and by far they are the most clean, thorough and knowledgeable person i’ve had do my piercings. She’s so kind and friendly which makes for a great experience! The only place I trust to do my piercings now!!

I have work from every artist in the shop and all my piercings are done from the senior piercer. I am always welcome and always impressed when I walk in, Jade never fails to impress with her art, Para always interesting pieces to show off, Tony always knows what I'm looking for. Bee makes all my piercings go smoothly. I feel like family when I'm in the shop and wish I had more room for tattoos/piercings
