My BF & I attended the Reiki Restorative & Sound bowl session last night. It was the first time either of us have been to your studio. I enjoyed it very much, appreciated the calming atmosphere and loved the intuitive encouragements that were written down and given to me. Thank you.

Cannot recommend the Rooted Heart enough : great atmosphere, variety of relaxing and challenging classes and wonderful teachers, each with something special to bring to your practice.

If you’re looking for a very welcoming yoga space no matter how experienced, this is the place. I started coming to this studio for their March challenge but fell in love with the instructors and their dedication to their practice. The instructors take the extra bit of time to offer corrections and make sure you feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire class. There truly is a class for everyone no matter your experience or mobility level ❤️
