My previous rating was 3 stars due to not great experience some 5 years ago. I have stated going back for service on my new F150 purchased from Hansen. Overall, I was happy with the same day service and the level of communication.
I had to wait about 1.5hrs for my oil change to be completed… that’s the only reason for the 4/5.

They are very nice, j asked some details about the car service, tires, and some prices. They answered all my questions very well and clear. Even though they do not offer some of the service but they suggested me some places.
