We had a fantastic experience with Prowest when they replaced our furnace and central air conditioner. From the initial consultation to the final installation, Danick and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They took the time to explain our options, answered all our questions, and helped us choose the best system for our home and budget.
The installation was smooth and completed on schedule. The crew was punctual, respectful of our home, and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. Since the installation, our home has been much more comfortable, and we have noticed improved energy efficiency as well.

Shout out to Dale the technician from Grand prairie. My compressor for my walk in restaurant freezer quit, he was able to troubleshoot the problem with my hubby over the phone who knows just enough about electrical to be considered dangerous. In the end he diagnosed the problem to a failed fan motor which tripped the thermal protection shut off for the compressor . Dale suggested an industrial fan blowing on the coils could get us by until the replacement motor could be ordered and installed. This suggested temporary fix worked like a charm. Dale you literally saved our bacon along with thousands of dollars worth of stock. PRO WEST will definitely be our first choice... read full review
Danick and his team are not only realible but super knowledgeable. They provide fast and very fair service for all my hvac emergencies. I wouldn't think of using anyone else in town.
