I’m a local guy living in Grand Prairie for the past 43 years ,never thought I would use the services of a muffler man. However, recently I went there because I thought I had to change my Muffler, couple of days prior I got a ticket from a Peace Oficer who felt my truck was too loud. So I went to the muffler man and asked for the muffler to be changed. To my surprise, there was a minor issue which was taken care of very quickly and on the top of it I wasn’t even charged a penny. Great experience. Got my vehicle in for repairs with in a day. Explained repairs thoroughly and showed me the actual part that was replaced. I would definitely recommend Muffler Man Mechanical.

Muffler Man has been amazing for us! Very excellent customer service, we took our Jeep there to be repaired, the same thing has failed twice since (part failure both times) and they have without question warrantied it both times, but the more amazing thing is the first time they instantly dispatched a tow truck, the second time we got a tow truck and they reimbursed us for it. Hoping it doesn’t fail again but their customer service is absolutely second to none.
