A classic body building gym with platforms for power lifting or olympic. The drop-in option is great if you’re in town for work - they also offer loads of snacks and meals for sale to keep you on track while you’re on the road. Definitely will be back next time I’m in GP.

I work an hour from town, need to be there for 6am. So getting a decent /unrushed workout in the morning is impossible with these hours. 25$ a drop in? LMAO get real. It's 2025 atleast give 24hr access

Been there for a month love it . Nice place nice staff new equipment lots of weights for heavy lifter clean gym too the variety of equipment is nice and theirs upstairs turf and other stuff .

Come to town every so often and stop by for a solid all natty pump. Staff is always friendly and the facility is always clean.
