We booked an appointment with Steve on recommendation from a friend and were even a little late and he was extremely gracious and okay with it. Steve was extremely friendly and cordial and spent a lot of time and effort listening to what we wanted even though we didn't really know what we were even doing, and he gave VERY GOOD advice on the longevity and placements of different tattoos as to make sure we were making an informed tattoo choice.
