Sir Landon, sir Sherwin and all the crew of First Onsite that accomodate us in Edgson Manor (fire incident)- highly recommended.They r approachable and they help us in anyway thy can esp retrieving medical stuff of our employer.Thank You.
They were extremely quick to respond to our issue. When they arrived they were very professional and compassionate to our needs.They covered any flooring that wasn't damaged, and they laid mats across our deck as well to protect it.Over the next few weeks they were here almost every day, including weekends, to check the drying equipment to make sure things were drying well and reposition dryers as needed.We were/are always able to reach them by phone with any questions that may a rise. Without their help we would not have known what steps to take, or which order to take those steps. I cannot say enough good things about this company and the incredible people who work for it. First On Site Grande Prairie has been amazing throughout the entire experience of our house flood. They are incredibly easy to get a hold of, thorough communicators, and work extremely hard and quick. Despite our insurance company and some manufacturers taking FOREVER, First On Site has gone above and beyond to advocate for our home being repaired as quickly as possible.
