Excellent, knowledgeable service. They were quick and efficient. Empower has always been an easy call for the one or two small questions or concerns I have had since installing the system. If you want solar, give them a call.
Overall happy with design, installation, and the system has been running well with a couple of hiccups this past week. We are working to resolve a minor glitch which hasn't re-occurred since a breaker replacement. Time will tell, and I will update the review as the issue is resolved. I am happy I spoke with Ben who gave me good advise and stressed the importance of safety before testing or changing anything. I spoke with Graham who has offered additional information, his contact number, and will follow up immediately with AP Systems (who have been very responsive), if any future issues occur.
When choosing the right company to install our new solar system we went with Empower Energy. We got quotes from several different companies in the area and all of them were priced way higher for a smaller system and didn't have the knowledge of Chris and his team. The whole team was great start to finish! Chris was excellent, knows his stuff and gives great direction with honesty and accuracy through the entire process which made it super easy.
