The manager, Graham was very patient, thoughtful and accommodating. Shauna, the administration side, was smooth and kind and patient as well!

Great experience from start to finish. Ming with Sales was quick to respond, honest, and explained things well. We had about 10 quotes from various solar installers and went with Empower due to it being one of the lowest prices, best reviews and we really liked Ming, the sales rep. We are happy we chose Empower.
Installation was efficient, went smoothly and looks great. Our system has had no issues so far and we are happy with the whole experience.
