Caution taking your animals to this shop… or even walking your pets in this area.
Angela let her retriever loose in the shop's parking lot where it attacked my 3 month old puppy. She did not attempt to recall her dog, nor did she come get her dog while it was attacking. She offered no apology and showed no compassion or remorse.
My girlfriend was pottying our puppy in the strip of grass between Angela's Pet Spa and the Aurora Plaza. Angela, standing with an employee (possibly her daughter?) opened the door to her vehicle and a golden retriever exited the van off-leash. I called first and went for a walk with my German Shepherd, Kane for a nail trim today, Angela and staff, I am sorry I can’t remember her name, we’re lovely, Kane is a bit anxious with a trim, the vet had to muzzle him to trim only time, they were so kind and patient and got the job done so quickly and without a muzzle. First time customer will be going to Angela’s Pet Spa every time Kane needs his nails trimmed and very reasonable price! Thank you

New to town & couldn’t be happier to have found the best place in GP to get your pets groomed. We have two very VERY anxious dogs and we couldn’t believe how relaxed they were just hanging out with the other dogs at the spa. Definitely will never go to Petsmart again and would rather support a local business like this one. Owner Angela is so welcoming, friendly, and kind! 10/10 would recommend. Don’t go anywhere else but here:)
