My kid brought a picture of how they wanted their hair coloured and the final product is significantly better than the picture they brought in. The colours are beautiful and vibrant and blend perfectly. My kid was treated so well and really enjoyed the experience. I appreciated the staffs willingness to work with my kid to achieve their vision and I also appreciate that the price was within my budget. I feel I got good value for my money and we will definitely be back.

I took my almost 6 year old Son to Great Clips, in Grande Prairie. Hair cuts can be very over stimulating for my son so I warned the hair dresser and she said she would do her best to keep him calm. I sat back and watched Karly work her magic. Holy moly. She was 100% engaged with my boy. Talking to him about video games, and keeping him entertained while she cut his hair. They were both laughing and having a great time. I couldn’t believe it. She was absolutely amazing with my Son. I don't have a "typical" hair cut insofar as there's one word for it. So when I get my hair cut, I ask for particular areas to be cut to a certain length, layer it properly, thin it some. The ladies here are absolutely to follow those instructions properly and do a perfect job of it.

Live in the county of GP. Aquaterra trickle water system lift station moved with frost and severed water supply to home. AQT recommended RECO constructions. They gave me the run around and wanted a 12k deposit before looking at job or reviewing a quote ( I was informed this is normally a 1 day repair). Would not recommend Reco to anyone. Triton was great to talk to. Provided information when asked. Showed up when promised and did a great job repairing water line. Cleaned up work area and removed garbage. Much better pricing also. Caution taking your animals to this shop… or even walking your pets in this area. Angela let her retriever loose in the shop's parking lot where it attacked my 3 month old puppy. She did not attempt to recall her dog, nor did she come get her dog while it was attacking. She offered no apology and showed no compassion or remorse. My girlfriend was pottying our puppy in the strip of grass between Angela's Pet Spa and the Aurora Plaza. Angela, standing with an employee (possibly her daughter?) opened the door to her vehicle and a golden retriever exited the van off-leash. As soon as it saw my puppy it charged toward her barking and snarling. Angela remained silent standing next to her vehicle while her dog flew into my girlfriend and our puppy. My girlfriend was forced to kick the retriever to prevent it from grabbing our puppy. After it was kicked, the retriever ran back to Angela and the other Pet Spa employee (still next to her car). Angela promptly took the dog inside her shop without a word. My girlfriend remained outside for several minutes trying to calm our puppy down after the incident. At no point to Angela or another staff member to come to check if they were injured or okay. By-law was informed of this incident.
