I recently purchased a new home and it had a very old hot water tank in it. It was noticed that the tank was about to die, being proactive - we contacted a contractor to assist with replacement.

Our furnace decided to quit on us in the middle of the night. Called them, and they were here in no time to fix our furnce. Our furnace is very old, so we decided to go with a new furnace after that happened. Kai was our tech who installed the new furnace, and I would highly recommend him.
