A commendatory shout-out for the service efforts of Technician Dillon. Dillon recently installed 2 new iMac M3s on our home network and did a terrific job. Personable, knowledgeable, and efficient, Dillon got our devices up and running, customized to our needs, in jiffy time. Great service is the main reason we continue to patronize Westworld for our Apple device needs. Have done so for 30+ years. And with techs like Dillon serving our needs, we will continue to do so.

I wanted to buy an iPad or a MacBook to replace my old MacBook Pro.Dillon’s first question was what I wanted to use it for. A good start! I was really interested in the iPad. After a longer explanation about what it was capable of doing I sadly let the iPad option go.After some discussion I modified how much I really would use it for video editing. He then changed his recommendation to the lower priced MacBook Air.I’ve had it for a couple of weeks now and it is a great match for my purposes.Thanks Dillon.
