Great Staff and excellent work. I have an antique car that had no keys. I brought them the ignition and they were able to make me a new key for a very resonable price. I would highly reccomend them.
I had a deadbolt that suddenly stopped working and I took into Western Lock and Key. They quickly repaired the lock and did not charge a fee!
Later on I had to replace the deadbolt because it was just worn out. Once again the owner helped me reset the new deadbolt to match the other lock sets. (When I say “helped me” I mean he did it and I watched). Again no charge!
What a fantastic guy! Locked our bathroom door and phoned one locksmith who quoted $165. Could not afford the amount and phoned this guy. What an absolute angel who gave telephonic instructions and we were able to unlock over a phone call. We need more people like him. Kudos.
