Sue is the most helpful, knowledgeable employee, passionate, about her work, I wouldn't deal with anyone else at this location. I can really tell she wants to go above and beyond, she understands vacuums and has sold me 3 units in the years I've been here.

5 STARS to Sue at Vacuums R Us!! Months back, on our first visit to Edmonton's vacuum specialists, Sue left a big impression on me. Not only did she have the product we needed but she asked great questions to assess our situation to ensure we were getting the right product. We also spoke to Sue about another issue we were experiencing and she told us to bring the vacuum wand to the store and that she would take care of the issue. So I did...today!!
