THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!! I had an issue with bobbin winding button, wldnt release...during COVID, was prepared to pay whatever neccessary. There was a wait, when I went to speak to the repair person, it was decided, it cld be fixed on the spot. I was so suprised and in impresssed, with customer service!! I asked the cost of repair, $000.00..I was shook, and oh so very blessed!!. I've only been back once, as had no need..If I do have any.

I purchased a sewing machine here, and it was a great experience. They included lessons in the purchase and were very attentive. I bought a floor model, and although I was a little nervous about purchasing a used machine it was in great condition. They were the only shop in town that had the model I was looking for, and offered it at a fair price. I’ll definitely be back!
