My first time visiting synergy was absolutely amazing. I had Serina as my RMT and she found all the problem areas and gave me some extra bits of wisdom to help prevent some stiffness. So thankful I found this place and would highly recommend this spa and I will be back to check out the sauna soon!
The best sauna i found so far (in Vancouver, Calgary or Edmonton) for reasonable price!The place is prestine clean, the rooms are spacious, the steam is right temperature, and the backet with cold water is avaialbe as well. So you can experience sauna as you prefer - traditional Seberian way with venik and cold water, or more 'standard' sauna experience.Also want ot highlgiht the host - she was very nice and considerate. She asked us in advance what kind of tea we would prefer and if we want to use venik. When we arrived, venik was prepared for use (soaked) and the tea was on a table.Best healing experience for the soul and the body. Highly recommend and can't wait to...read full review
Rented the Hammam stream room and sauna for 2 hours. Excellent experience. Sauna and cold water buckets were awesome. Detox water and tea provided were wonderful. Great service, great experience. We can't wait to come back.
