Studio Nails

I brought in a design that I liked and was told the lady could do it, no problem. It was a weekend and quite busy but she kept letting people come in to the point where there were more customers than staff and a lot of the customers were waiting. She started my nails, filed them into a shape I didn't like. She did my fill with clear acrylic powder but I previously had a french fade, so the fill is totally visible. I asked for my nails to be skinnier and she didn't bother to do that. She kept getting up to tend to other customers she let in. I got Shellac from this studio . Its cracked after two days when I personally visited there nd complaint regarding it first they refused. After that they do shellac only in three nails that probably cracked . again after two three days all nail's polished cracked. Moreover its not doing properly inercorner didn't polish .

I didnt have an appointment and the lady said 20 min. I waited an hour. All I wanted was a manicure. Did a nice job but i would have liked more attention too moisturizing my hands. She spoke english well.
