Fizza has very outstanding customer care and will go beyond for your needs. She is patient and easy to get along with. She really takes her time to understand what kind of style you are going for. I was absolutely thrilled to see what she could do for my hair since it’s pin straight. The products she used were very helpful and luckily they also sell it at this salon! Highly recommend her.

“The customer service here is top tier. I really needed a pedicure, and looked up the best nail salon in Edmonton for an A class pedicure- and V5 came up. I booked the best one I could, “Volcanic Pedicure” went in and had a lovely massage, scrub, beautiful nails in a very welcoming atmosphere. It was so clean and everyone was so friendly! I was really looking forward to a few things that I didn’t get during my pedicure, but I saw other clients receive. The gal doing mine was new (first day) she was lovely and did a beautiful job on everything except a few key things I was looking forward to. When I paid, (I think the owner) jumped up to help me check out and asked how everything was. I let her know it was good but I was a bit disappointed about a few things. She heard me out, appreciated the constructive criticism to help their new member improve, and gave me a very generous discount. I was planning on looking elsewhere, but booked on the spot simply due to the customer service and the quality I saw throughout the team! I certainly will not be going anywhere else. It’s so rare to receive the customer service she gave me these days. I will be recommending V5 to everyone I know and can’t wait for my next appointment!

“The experience here at Queen Nails is wonderful! The staff are sweet, kind, great at what they do and I leave here happy every time. Kathy, who’s been doing my nails for a long time now, is just the best at what she does. Shes lovely to talk to and has a very calm aura. She takes her time and does a beautiful job every time! The ambiance here is very nice, the salon is clean, and I do appreciate that they offer you something to drink. Not everyone does that so it makes a difference. I usually do a deluxe pedicure which is super relaxing, and gel fills. I’ll travel to a good salon and this one is worth travelling for!!“

“I have been here a couple of times now for various of treatments such as getting my eyebrows done, getting a body massage, a hydro facial glownar, and just a regular cleansing facial. Willow did an amazing job massaging my body! Paraminder always kills it with my eyebrows, everytime I want to get them done I book with her specifically, and Gursharan made me walk out of the spa feeling fresh! I ended up falling asleep for one of my facials with Gursharan and she was respectful about it and didn’t wake me up but continued with the facial. We laughed about it later. All 3 of these ladies are respectful, gentle and always asking me if they’re doing a good job or if I’m comfortable with the treatment. The owner of Luv medispa, Noreen is super helpful! Helped me with insurance stuff with patience! I’d definitely recommend this place!“
