Awesome company to deal with and definitely very knowledgeable staff. I have been dealing with Tim who works at ritz mechanical for many years and I couldn’t be more happy with all the help he’s provided me over the years. Hot water on demand experts I definitely recommend calling them if you have any issues at all.
I booked Ritz Mechanical through the KRU app and had a great experience from start to finish. I submitted my job details, received a quote quickly, and they were able to come within 2 days. I was certain a portion of our gas line would need to be replaced, but technician Taigen assessed it and explained the type of corrosion we were seeing. It turned out to be a very simple, quick fix — and much cheaper than I expected.
What impressed me most was their honesty. I was in a position where I wouldn’t have known if the job was bigger than it needed to be, but Ritz Mechanical didn’t take advantage of that. Instead, they were upfront, knowledgeable, and trustworthy....read full review
