The experience here at Queen Nails is wonderful! The staff are sweet, kind, great at what they do and I leave here happy every time. Kathy, who’s been doing my nails for a long time now, is just the best at what she does. Shes lovely to talk to and has a very calm aura. She takes her time and does a beautiful job every time! The ambiance here is very nice, the salon is clean, and I do appreciate that they offer you something to drink. Not everyone does that so it makes a difference. I usually do a deluxe pedicure which is super relaxing, and gel fills. I’ll travel to a good salon and this one is worth travelling for!!

Our experience was good. We were able to get in quickly. The lady who did my pedicure was Katy. She was thorough and checked in with me about everything she was doing. She listened to my requests. The salon was quiet and comfortable. The tools appeared to be clean and sanitized, although I didn't see them being sanitized.

Came for a walk-in and Kathy didn’t disappoint. She’s the sweetest and was very patient with me when I wanted to change my design. I got these nails done for my birthday and she got me a surprise. Will be back because the service and people are very nice :)
