Very clean store with a welcoming environment.
I wish I knew the name of the staff member who helped me at the cash desk today, but she was excellent. Very friendly, efficient and kind. While I was aware of a relevant offer on the app and already had it loaded, I was so happy to have been given a subtle nod asking if I use the app/loaded my offers. If I hadnt done it already, the small interaction would have been all I needed to realize there could be something to look for that I otherwise would have missed. The level of care is very much appreciated!
The thing i noticed most about this store was how clean and organized it was. Like, check this out...
I went in there to buy a higher end cat food. While in the store I only saw 1 employee working in another section. So when I decided I needed help, I went to the cash woman (which was a little bit of an awkward experience and the reason I gave 4 stars as I just stood aside the line and couldn't find an opportunity to interrupt her flow with the paying customers) when I did manage to get to talk to her, she had called someone immediately who met me in the cat food aisle basically immediately.

For 17 years I didn’t change the grooming salon for my dog.
I did it because of Danae D.
She took amazing care of my senior dog, but sadly, she had to move to a different location.
That didn’t stop me going there, because she is passionate about the job, and she is kind to my dog and very gentle with him. My dog never came home stressed out.
I will be coming to that location as long as she’s working there!
