The staff are extremely welcoming and knowledgeable, happy to help with purchases and provide educational experiences. They go above and beyond to ensure a great shopping experience, making it a wonderful place to visit and shop for pets and their owners.
Toni was the greatest!! The level of knowledge is refreshing and her helpfulness and kindness is beyond anything I’ve ever experienced in ANY retail experience. Go see her!! If you have to wait a bit, totally worth it! Amazing!
Got a hamster here , and the lady that helped us was very very friendly and helpful , let us play with the kitten and then their birds , was cool and helped get set up with our hamster , got him a new cage and everything else he needed , she definitely deserves a raise ! 🙃
Great customer service. Staff is knowledgeable. Bulk products were reasonably priced, but have jumped up in price. The membership card is useless and does not give discount on many items.
