Isaiah helped me and my daughter pick out some fish yesterday and he was honestly so great with her. My little girl is very talkative and he was so patient and sweet with her, answered all her questions and never once made us feel rushed. He even took the time to pick out the best fish for each color I asked for, making sure they all looked healthy and active. You can tell he actually cares about the animals and the people he's helping. We left with 3 happy fish and a very happy little girl. Thank you Isaiah, we'll definitely be back!

Bradley was an awesome kid.
I went in to go buy a betta with my son once we picked out a fish before bagging the fish Bradley asked me some questions like how long the tanks been running if we have had fish before and how long are tank had been setup for. And then he explained how or why the fish we have had in the pass could have died while keeping it informational and still being patient and helped us pick out a filter heater plants water conditioners better gravel and the best food for our betta. He took his time was patient but also very efficient and helpful and willing to answer questions. 10/10

First time we brought our Guinea pig for a nail trimming service - the staff are very professional and experienced, it took less than 5 minutes to get it done. Advanced appointment booking is needed for this service.
