This location is our #1 go to for dog washes. Aside from the store always being clean, organized and welcoming, the staff are amazing 👏 Claudia is such a kind young lady - from making sure our pup, Fiona, has warm towels to ensuring we have everything we need for a successful doggie bath. Sarah is also wonderful, always see a warm smile from her when you enter the store. As for the owner, what a gentleman. Great professionalism and treats his customers like you're a part of the family. Can't say enough about this place, as you don't get this type of customer service much elsewhere. Thanks for being so kind to our old girl each time.❤
We stopped in today on our way to adopt a rescue cat because we needed supplies first. Savannah was such a help picking out the best options for our new friend.
On top of being super friendly and a delight to deal with, she had extensive knowledge on all of the products from food to litter.
She made sure we got an informational pamphlet with coupons as well that saved us almost thirty dollars during our first visit.
Both Savannah and Viktoria went above and beyond during our visit and even though it's across town from our place I think we'll keep making the trip North because of the staff.
Thank you both from all of us here including our new rescue 🐈⬛
Showed up right at closing time hoping to use the dog wash. Checked another stores closing time, and didn't realize they weren't all the same. Was still let in, and assured it was fine. Pretty uncommon these days to see that kind of service especially since the guy had to stay later to clean up.
