They go above and beyond to ensure a great shopping experience, making it a wonderful place to visit and shop for pets and their owners.
Got a hamster here , and the lady that helped us was very very friendly and helpful , let us play with the kitten and then their birds , was cool and helped get set up with our hamster , got him a new cage and everything else he needed , she definitely deserves a raise ! 🙃
Great customer service. Staff is knowledgeable. Bulk products were reasonably priced, but have jumped up in price. The membership card is useless and does not give discount on many items.
I bought my pet budgie named Bisou here ,she is so precious and I really appreciate the help from the staff when I adopted her! She's so sweet and adjusted well with our other budgies!
