I had phoned earlier in the day and spoke with Zach, I asked him to check on 2 items which he promptly did, he set the 2 items aside at the cash register which I picked up later that day, Zach was friendly, courteous and helpful. I've had nothing but positive experiences each time I've shopped there, and as a result they have a loyal customer.
I had a wonderful experience at PetSmart thanks to Caprice. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful from the moment she assisted me. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found everything I needed for my cat. Her professionalism and genuine care made me feel valued as a customer. It’s clear that she truly enjoys helping people and loves what she does. Thank you, Caprice, for providing such outstanding customer service. I will definitely be coming back!
Love this store! It may not have as much as the other bigger stores in the city but the staff is great, the grooming is on point and if you take the time to be a regular they treat you so good.
