I had a wonderful experience at PetSmart thanks to Caprice. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful from the moment she assisted me. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found everything I needed for my cat. Her professionalism and genuine care made me feel valued as a customer. Love this store! It may not have as much as the other bigger stores in the city but the staff is great, the grooming is on point and if you take the time to be a regular they treat you so good.
Me and my kid went to this PetSmart location to select a pet for him as his birthday gift wish.
The staff (wish I got her name) who helped us was very accommodating and friendly. She was very helpful in making our experience as enjoyable and meaningful. She even gives us some good tips and suggestions to become a good and a responsible pet owner by sharing her own experience.
