I have dealt with Hussien a couple times.First time he directed me, by phone what to check and it corrected my issue.Second time I was out of the country, when my app alerted me of no heat and temperature dropping in the house.I contacted him, after hours on a Saturday, and within hours he had the heat back on.I found his charges very reasonable and he trusted me to clear up the bill till when I arrived back to the city.So I haven’t actually meet Hussien personally yet, however I would definitely recommend him.Service is outstanding .Thanks you again Hussien!
Our heating stopped working overnight. I got up and did a little research and called a well known company. They couldn't come out till lunch time so I called Nor-Can at 5am. He was here within 90 mins diagnosed the problem and repaired it in 10 mins -$150 for everything. Very satisfied.Highly recommended.?
I called Nor-Can out of the blue looking for some Carrier parts. Did I ever get lucky. I didn't find parts, I found a great HVAC technician. Fantastic customer service and a lightning fast response. A lot of service companies will try to upsell you, but Nor-Can actually helped me to avoid a costly repair. I appreciate your integrity, Hussein. Keep up the good work.
