We are so thankful for Heartland!
We first called them last year when we installed a new washer. As soon as we started it, water backed up through the drain and was essentially flooding our house. Heartland came out within a couple of hours and quickly resolved the issue. While they were there, they were also able to replace two bathroom faucets for us, which was incredibly helpful.
More recently, we purchased a new Blackstone griddle and weren’t sure whether anything needed to be installed or adjusted on our gas line, since we had never used it before. Through text, I was able to send photos of our setup, and they took the time to review everything....read full review
