The clinic offers comprehensive services, including health and wellness programs, as well as complete hospital facilities for medicine, x-ray, dentistry, surgery, and intensive care. Clients praise the veterinarians, particularly Dr. Burant, who is described as the "senior cat whisperer," and Dr. Sinclair, who is thorough, sweet, and takes the time to explain everything to pet owners. The entire staff is described as incredibly caring and making clients and their pets feel like family. Customers who have been with the clinic for over 10 years highly recommend Mill Creek Animal Hospital.

Many pet owners appreciate the patience and insightfulness of the veterinarians, especially when dealing with fearful or aggressive pets. For example, one owner praised how Dr. Burant quickly referred their cat with a weird bump in his throat to a specialist, followed up promptly after surgery, and showed genuine concern. Even after moving away, clients have expressed how much they miss the exceptional care provided by the clinic. The staff's dedication and kindness are evident, and the clinic is highly recommended for anyone seeking compassionate veterinary care.
