Caring staff. Knowledgeable, honest Dr that will take great care of your pet and will not try to rip you off when you and your pet is in a vulnerable state. Went there for a second opinion and were totally put at ease, listened to and felt that our pup was in good hands. Previous vet at another clinic was an alarmist and tried to take advantage of us and almost had us put our dog down. The doctor we saw at this clinic was incredibly kind and helpful and did not overcharge us because we’d already paid through the nose for a misdiagnosis at the other clinic and he recognized right away that we had been taken advantage of after he saw our pup wasn’t as sick...read full review
I want to recognize the exceptional care and client service I’ve received from my veterinarian, Dr. Basha and his veterinary technician, Dee who care for both of my dogs.
Recently, one of my dogs, Angel, who has a heart murmur, began showing signs that her condition was worsening. Dr. Basha and Dee acted quickly and urgently to get her the medication she needed. What I especially appreciated was that they arranged for the prescription to be sent to my closest pharmacy rather than requiring me to make another trip to the veterinary clinic which isn’t located close to me. I absolutely love Dr. Basha. He has looked after my two dogs for years. My Australian cattle dog has had to have 2 surgeries and they have both went amazingly well with very little recovery time. The after care has been wonderful as well. My only hesitation in giving 5 stars is the cost. Not outrageously expensive but definitely on the high side.
However, I am more than willing to pay the cost for the service he and his staff provide and the level of comfort my dog receives from him. She is definitely in love lol.
