Our AC unit was not functioning correctly and found Merlin Heating via a google search. The service was exceptional, From the ease of booking the appointment to being kept abreast as to the status of the repair, I was very impressed. The service representative was very freindly, knowledgeabel and efficient. He was able to get the unit humming properly within an hour, Defintely would recommend this company.
Ryan was very personable and knowledgeable. He installed a 2.5 Ton with a 3 Ton coil and did a great job. Very thorough. Excellent job and reasonable prices. Answered all my questions about the AC, furnace maintenance, and Wifi setup of our new thermostat. Also, offered how to properly wash the outside AC unit in the future. I would recommend him to anyone.
Great friendly service, very fair pricing. Ryan got our AC all fixed up before the hottest day of the year!He coached me on the importance of washing the poplar fuzz out of the unit too!
