Just had Gemco come to clean and inspect my gas fireplace. I bought it from a number of years ago. While Clint was here he installed a new universal remote. I had purchased previously from them. I felt better they installed it and synced it while here. Clint has been with them for a long time. He arrived on time, was professional, certainly extremely knowledgeable, and he was very kind to answer a few questions we had. Whenever I've been in the store the staff have also been great.
