Leon is the MAN !!!! My furnace broke down (Friday night 9pm & its -30 out) so I called Leon and told him what happened. He guided me step by step and we got my furnace working !! I then learnt he was in Hinton on another call and he took the time to help me. IF THIS IS NOT GOING ABOVE ANDM BEYOND I DUNNO WHAT IS !!! In the end my circuit board was faulty and Leon fixed it. He got me through the weekend when it was the worst conditions HUGE HUGE HUGE THANKS !!!!!
Leon has come over to help us when our heat has gone out in the middle of winter, over the holidays, without a long wait. He is always wonderful at explaining the issue and fixing the problem. He’s friendly to talk to and I really trust his expertise. Currently we are renting, but when we move into our own house, this is who I’m going to call if there’s any issues.
Despite it being after hours/weekend, Leon answered my call and took time out of his Sunday afternoon to walk me through troubleshooting a faulty limit switch. Turns out, the fix was as simple as gently tapping it with the back of a screwdriver, and presto! I have heat in my home again!
I really appreciate that he took the time to brainstorm solutions with me on the phone that ultimately meant I didn’t require a costly emergency service call. And now I am equipped with the knowledge of not only WHAT a limit switch is, but also simple things I can try myself if it fails again.
I will absolutely be calling Burns Brothers in the future!
