No words can describe the strengths, skills and work ethic of Carissa Smith, owner of Little plumber Inc. She did a lot of plumbing for me for the past 5 years. She is very talented, honest, hardworking, sincere, always succeeds in her plumbing jobs. She has knowledge, very fast, and completes her job to customer's satisfaction. She handles small to complex plumbing jobs with ease. She enjoys doing her jobs. she is dependable, trustworthy and does not give up until she finishes her project, I respect her skills, and her meticulous work. I wish her well.
We just called Carissa as we had a small aggravating leak into our basement down our main drain pipe. Carissa spent time to find the leak which was just above our main floor. She replaced the pipe and did an excellent job at a fair price.
Anyone needing a plumber: look for "the little plumber girl". Personally, I've had the delight of dealing with this company but also, a good colleague highly recommends and my friend just dealt with them and phenomenal. Really good for people who aren't necessarily "mechanically inclined". Showed me what to look for, what to do before calling a plumber etc.. absolutely awesome. Cannot beat honestly.
