Just had Gemco come to clean and inspect my gas fireplace. I bought it from a number of years ago. While Clint was here he installed a new universal remote. I had purchased previously from them. I felt better they installed it and synced it while here. Clint has been with them for a long time. He arrived on time, was professional, certainly extremely knowledgeable, and he was very kind to answer a few questions we had. Whenever I've been in the store the staff have also been great. Had Guy in to service our 20+ year old gas fireplace. He called in the morning to confirm, showed up when he said he would and had our fireplace looking brand new. Will use Gemco again for servicing.
