Overall, was happy with my service. Had a proper pre-purchase inspection done on my now, 2010 Subaru. (Literally saved me 2K from the sellers asking price.) Either than that, I've found my trustworthy mechanics.
Now my question is,
do you guys install aftermarket parts? Lol
I have been a customer for almost 20 years through the many cars I have owned. Plus my 3 kids as well when they got their first cars. And they have been great and accommodating to me at times when I really needed. They are fair in their prices. Courtesy car most of the time. Keith, Leah and Mike are amazing and explain everything in great detail. And wash your exterior of your car after every service.
The team at Caliber Automotive go over and above in the maintenance and repair of my vehicle. A prioritized list of service recommendations with accompanying photos are provided with each vehicle inspection. The knowledgeable staff are able to explain repairs that can be comprehended by a non-mechanic. The work is carefully completed, on time and on budget! Bayfield provides fantastic shuttle service and I even typically receive my car back cleaner than I left it! Thank-you!
