This shop is amazing. They did a thorough go over of my "new to me car" and did an amazing job when doing so. I love that they gave me options for spreading my costs over and told me what was the priority items and knew the rough costs so that I could give them a budget for this first oil change. I knew that there were regular maintenance items at 100k and they do the honest thing and check things to see if they even need replacing or fixing before telling me they should get done. I feel like they are an honest shop and will be taking my car there again for the next oil change.
Took my 2014 Outback in for service. Was having some noise coming from the front drivers side, and it seemed to increase as i accelerated. It was especially noticeable when i was just pulling out turning left. Turns out my axle was shot and upon further inspection my right front axle also needed replacement. As well, my front brakes were also in need of replacing. When i picked up my car Wil and I went into the shop. He showed me the old axles and I could clearly see the worn and cracked boots on the ends of the axles and you could see where all the grease had run out.
