I used to believe that the best place to service newer vehicles was the dealership and I was loyal to that for decades. After the dealership told me I needed new brakes on my 2012 Ram after only minimal kms, an in-law suggested I go to Bert’s. Bert’s inspection determined that I still had plenty of pad left and it wasn’t until a full year later that they were done.A couple of years later my truck was fully paid off and I wanted to keep it for a long time. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by longtime receptionist , Darlene, you are treated like family. They’ve been in business for 33 years and it shows!!!????Efficient pleasant and honest. Needed better tires for a new truck. Called Bert’s and got a competitive price on a new set. Store is very clean and front staff very friendly and professional. Very happy with the tire install and overall experience.
