Everything about my experience with AmSteam has been top notch! From the initial call I made to inquire about the services, to the follow up call to ask if I wanted the tech to come a few days earlier, to Dave calling to ask if he would be able to pop by about an hour earlier than originally anticipated, and then finally to the awesome work Dave did when he got here. The carpets look and smell remarkably better than they did yesterday. ?The pricing is really fair, almost too fair! Dave was done in record time, and nothing about the service was disruptive. Darren did an amazing job with getting all the spots out!! My carpets were revived almost back to new and the are over 10 years old!!!He was diligent and professional and called ahead. We definitely recommend Darren, Master Technician and Amsteam. You won't go wrong using them.
