It is a pretty bad experience when you have a pipe burst and your basement floods. We are really happy that we called Nikita at 360 Remediation when that happened in our home.
Nikita and the crew showed up immediately (after hours), answered our questions, and quickly alleviated our anxiety. They got right to work taking care of the property damage, our belongings and helping us coordinate the insurance claim.
