Christina is awesome. One of the best massage therapists I have ever had. Her techniques vary depending on body part and level of soreness/pain. Very attentive to her client's daily requirements. Works in tandem with her clients to provide and promote the best possible level of care, healing and wellness.
I have been going to se dr Kopala for 4.5 years. Both while Pregnant and after baby arrives. I have taken all my babies to have Dr Kopala do his magic in them. Very gentle and amazing with kids. Even the really busy 2 & 3 year olds. Very informative and always offering natural remedies to improve your whole health.
Have back and neck problems due to my line of work. I did physio ( still do) , have massages and do yoga. All these help but with Dr Kopala , he took the time to explain what is going on with my body and did the adjustments suitable for me. Never felt better!
