“Rob did a complete renovation to my condo in Airdrie. Painting of the walls, baseboard and door frames replaced , complete bathroom renovation, kitchen and bathroom countertops replaced, kitchen cabinets painted and new hardware added, vinyl flooring installed and replacement of light fixtures with ceiling fans added. Plus more! There isn't much he can't do and all of his work is impeccable. He is great to work with and charges less than some of the bigger contractors out there but still delivers good quality work. . I would highly recommend him.“

“I needed a small upgrade (larger gate) to my larger Rite-way fencing layout that is on a property we just bought. Even thought my project was tiny relative to the vastly larger projects that RW does, they treated me just like I was a big customer. This says a lot for their professionalism and integrity. It started with Dan in sales, and then my next interaction was with the shipping guys. All were great and extremely helpful. Additionally; Their product (in this case chain link) is vastly superior to the stuff you buy at the lumber/hardware stores. Much heavier gauge material, bigger diameter posts/rails and a finish that looks like it will last for 50 years. “When an aging loved one gets to the stage where they need an accessible home, it can be a daunting prospect for the family to get up to speed on how to make that happen. We were fortunate to have Pinnacle by our side when our parents purchased a new home and set out to make it accessible by adding an elevator and renovating the master bath. We relied on Pinnacle's experience and expertise in the realm of accessibility housing as well as their relationships with occupational therapists and product suppliers. My parents were working within a tight timeline and Pinnacle's guidance allowed the renovation to progress as quickly as possible.

In addition to making the house accessible, my mother also wanted to bring her own design sensibility to her new home and Pinnacle helped her achieve an overall refresh by reconfiguring spaces and adding new paint, counter tops, hardware, flooring, and light fixtures. Their in-house design expertise as well as their relationships with suppliers was incredibly helpful and allowed the project to move swiftly.

Everyone we worked with at Pinnacle (including owner Paul, project manager Brennan, designer Joanna and onsite foreman Mike) was experienced, communicative and genuinely lovely. Their in-house project tracking system very organised, detailed and transparent, itemizing costs, product choices, tasks and change orders. When the inevitable hiccups occurred, resolving them was quick and straightforward. The quality of work was consistently high and the renovation progressed with a minimum of oversight on our part.

My parents have been in their new home for a while now and my father frequently comments on how well the house works for him. My mother has been very pleased that they've been able to achieve a house that is not only functional for their stage of life but beautiful as well.“
