Show up put in your effort and do a good job, and you'll have a job for life. Just remember you are here to work so be prepared to work some long hours. It is seasonal work, so work when you can.I have been with Kidco for 11 years, some of the characters have been interesting to say the least, however, I have seen Kidco grow and improve, especially in the last few years! It really is shaping up to be a Great company to be employed!

I am at the end of my first season with Kidco and can't wait for next spring!I am in the subgrade crew on the south west ring road expansion and of in spite of all the rain delay I still managed to bring home the bacon all summer!
