Very knowledgeable about all aspects of the project. Ours was very complex, so the owner came along with Bal to see the project and discuss our options. We had a number of ideas we were considering and they were very patient with us during the in-home consultation.

We recently completed a renovation with Pinnacle that involved the updating of two new bathrooms, a closet and new flooring throughout the house. As with all renovations there were complications, difficulties and unforeseen circumstances but the team at Pinnacle managed and overcame those challenges with professionalism, creativity and collaboration. The work provided by their trade partners was of the highest quality as well. Special mention to our site supervisor Andrew Wallace who went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right.
