“We had our kitchen renovated by Pinnacle and the final product more than met our expectations, we just love our new kitchen. Robin, our project manager, was a delight to deal with and gave us some great recommendations. Pinnacle prepared a computer model of our proposed renovations which greatly assisted in making design choices. “I needed a small upgrade (larger gate) to my larger Rite-way fencing layout that is on a property we just bought. Even thought my project was tiny relative to the vastly larger projects that RW does, they treated me just like I was a big customer. This says a lot for their professionalism and integrity. It started with Dan in sales, and then my next interaction was with the shipping guys. All were great and extremely helpful. Additionally; Their product (in this case chain link) is vastly superior to the stuff you buy at the lumber/hardware stores. Much heavier gauge material, bigger diameter posts/rails and a finish that looks like it will last for 50 years. “We recently built our forever family home with Morrison in Rockland Park. I can confidently say that now after a year and completing the warranty claim process I would highly recommend Morrison.

The team at Morrison and the trades they used all worked hard throughout the first year to ensure the quality of our home was something us and them were both happy with. The home didn't come without it's fair share of repairs and corrections needed at move in, but I intentionally delayed this review for a year to see how they handled that, and I can happily report everything was taken care of!

We made a significant amount of changes to the interior design of the home (nothing overly structural however) that required some specialty trades and the fit and finish of everything was incredible. Morrison was very accommodating of all our requests throughout the process and rarely pushed back on anything.

My only "complaint" was that the move-in felt a bit rushed and thus we did have to deal with several items throughout the 1 year warranty timeframe, but like I said that was all well taken care of. Everyone was respectful, courteous and we felt actually cared about our home.

If you're thinking of building in Rockland, or other areas in Calgary for that matter, I would definitely encourage you to think of using Morrison.“
